Privacy & inquiries.

When you submit a project inquiry or ARMON 120 request, we receive the contact details, project or delivery information, and any photos or plans you choose to include. We use these to respond, evaluate the work, and manage the inquiry. A request does not confirm a booking, order, or payment.

FormSubmit processes form submissions and optional attachments for delivery to JB Woodworks and our client relations representative, Makayla. Text and file requests submit without opening an email app or leaving this website. Its documentation states that submission details may remain in its archive for 30 days; uploaded files are not retained in that archive. Copies delivered by email remain in our company correspondence. Review FormSubmit privacy information for its processing terms.

Do not send card numbers, bank details, identity documents, or other sensitive personal records. Share only files and project information you are authorized to provide. Delivery addresses are used to review requested fulfillment, not published as portfolio content.

Card entry and payments take place separately on Square. Form information and material choices are not automatically transferred to Square, and its own privacy and payment terms apply there.

The website uses no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Hosting and form providers may process technical information necessary to operate, deliver, and protect these services. For questions about your inquiry or to request removal from our active inquiry records, email jbwoodworks8@gmail.com.
